Summary:
The IT HelpDesk Support will have the responsibility of assisting users on various hardware or software related issues. This position will also provide support to all employees:
Responsibilities:
- Audit all the IT systems, electrical equipments, generators etc.
- Maintenance of systems, PCs, Network, Telephony Systems, Printers and all IT related equipment.
- Monitoring of the IT systems and network infrastructure by carrying out preventive and routine check up.
- Compiling and maintaining company asset inventory.
- Provide first level support to clients and users.
- Respond to users and systems issues through the Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Train user on new systems and software operations.
- Manage and install software applications based on user specification.
- Oversee computer security and antivirus updates.
- Participate in the Set-up of new campaigns and maintenance.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on audits, downtime and shift reports.
- Ensure the critical IT systems are in perfect operation and readily available for use.
- Ensure that the system security is maintained by all users as outlined by company policy.
- Liaise with vendor support technicians in resolving external issue such as external downtime, network, call clarity and systems errors.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
