Our client seeks to recruit a Sales Intern in the Sales and Marketing Department.
The candidates will be expected: to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products.
Also make personal contacts and secure new business accounts/customers
- Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Preparing quotations, making follow ups on tenders and making presentations as required.
- Must know how to network
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- At least one (1) year experience in sales
Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to develop client Relationships
- Passion for selling & meeting customers’ needs.
- Crisis management and working under pressure
- IT skills
Salary: Ksh. 15-20,000
