  1. Maximum 32years of age 
  2.  University graduates, preferably MBA level
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English
  4. Skilled communicators 
  5. Team leaders
  6. Internationally oriented, willing to transfer
  7. Highly motivated in retail
  8. Passionate, enthusiastic, ambitious and self-confident 

About Twenty20 

The Bata Twenty20 Talent Program is a three - year management development program for high potential internal and external individuals. The program’s goals is to create a talent pool that will provide exceptionally qualified candidates for the future senior management positions in Bata's key business areas. 

After the initial 3 months of ‘induction’ the participant will be developed abroad in another Bata company in the management position with the objective to be placed in a senior management position at the completion of the program.

You won’t be alone; you’ll have by your side a Company Manager who will become your mentor.

Bata’s Company Managers are mentors and they will follow the development of each participant. Training activities are led by the local Management Team (coaches) for the following areas of development:

  • Product 
  • Retail / Store Operations / Merchandising 
  • Non-Retail Operations 
  • Finance 
  • Controls and Processes 
  • Human Resources 
  • Real Estate
