To consolidate our fast growth, we seek to recruit a highly qualified, self-driven, energized, highly motivated, dynamic and result-oriented  Graduate Trainnes for Chemusian Tea Estates located in Olenguruone in Nakuru County.

We wish to invite applications from suitable Kenyan citizens for consideration into our Graduate Trainees Programme (GTP)

Eligibility Criteria:

Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes: 

• Fresh Graduates with First Class Honours or Upper Second Class degree  in Agriculture, Horticulture or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Candidates with some tea farm experience will have an added advantage
• Not more than 26 years of age
•  A team player, possessing good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Should have initiative, drive and passion for career growth and development
• Mature and disciplined with proven integrity

Terms:

• A competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidates.
