The Role:

We want to hire Sales Associates that will be driving IMA’s growth. Specifically we want you to do the following:

1. Work with us full time or part time.
2. Connect with potential customers by using different forms of communication, primarily phone and email, but also with social media and other communication tools
3. Learn and use our sales tools to organize who you sell to
4. Attend conferences, trade shows and other networking opportunities to source new clients
5. Manage customer relationships with new clients
6. Prepare documents that are specific to your clients
7. Communicate with our technology team to provide customer feedback and help improve our product
8. Be innovative and flexible! We love it when you come up with new ways to market and sell to customers, if you think you want to be at the cutting edge of sales in Kenya, then this might be the perfect job for you!

The Requirements:

You will be working alongside some really smart and dedicated people, and we like to work with others that are similar in nature. Specifically, this is what we are looking for:

• Form 4 leaver and above.

1. Degree or diploma added advantage
2. sales and marketing experience added adv

• Fluency in both Kiswahili and English
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and on the phone
• High attention to detail
•  Hard-working and able to work under minimal supervision
• A go-getter attitude
•  Ability to work as part of a greater team as well as individually
•  Very responsive over email and on the phone
